At Holmers House, we believe that everyone is unique and deserves to live a full and meaningful life in their community – regardless of age, health or disability. To learn more about how we provide the person-centred support that every individual needs to do just that, watch this video about The Ambient Way.

Holmers House is ideally situated in the community in High Wycombe.

It is a purpose built Residential Care Home and is able to provide a home for 48 residents living with varying degrees of dementia including Alzheimer’s. Care is provided to residents over 3 self-contained units.

Holmers House provides a friendly, supportive and welcoming home from home environment with regular and varied activities. Outings and events are also organised.

We serve 3 nutritiously balanced meals a day with hot and cold drinks and snacks available to residents at all times. Residents have a choice of dining with others or in their rooms.

The secure gardens at Holmers House are attractive and fully wheelchair accessible for residents and visitors alike.

We are able to provide care and support for people living with dementia including Alzheimer’s. Our staff are trained to levels 2 and 3 in Regulated Quality Framework (QCF) standards in Dementia Care & Awareness.
