Ambient partner with Harmony, a Bromley-based ‘singing for wellbeing’ group open to people who use mental health services, and their family and friends.

It is a safe place for people to join in and take part. Research evidence shows us that singing in choirs can help people emotionally and physically.

The Harmony Singing Group is led by a professional singing teacher.

It is open to anyone over 18 years old but is particularly welcoming to anyone that has experienced or is experiencing mental health problems.

This group forms part of our Community Engagement and Inclusion Services.

Sessions cost just £5 for two hours, paid for on the day, on a turn-up and take part basis.
