We want to get things right for you.

We will always listen to you and deal with any complaints you have.

You can tell people about your feedback or complaint.  You could talk to:

  • A family member or friend
  • A staff member from Ambient, the Team Leader or Manager
  • A Quality Checker

If you want to make a complaint or feedback to Ambient you can:

  • Talk to someone
  • Send a letter or an email
  • Fill out a form
  • Draw a picture
  • Telephone someone

Feedback is about telling people the good things that happen.

It is good to let people know when things are going well.

You can make a complaint if:

  • You feel angry or sad about something.
  • Something is happening that you are not happy with.
  • If someone hurts or upsets you.

A complaint is something that makes you feel unhappy.
