We offer innovative training and development opportunities for every member of our team, designed to enrich their working experience. These range from statutory training to meet the Quality Care Commission (CQC) requirements, to continuous professional development opportunities for all staff wishing to undertake accredited Social Care qualifications.

Ambient employs specialist trainers for each of our service portfolios; Learning Disabilities, Older People and Mental Health. Our trainers deliver inspirational, classroom-based workshops and offer coaching and support to our staff at the services they work in.

Staff development is also undertaken via our eLearning platform. The 63 on-line courses we offer are informative, fun and enable staff to learn at their own pace.
