How we became Ambient

Back in 2010, charities Heritage Care and Community Options joined together and began working as one organisation, but chose to keep separate names and logos.

For the past 3 years, we consulted people who use our services, work with us or work for us, about our branding and names. They told us that having different names was confusing and that our logos were old fashioned. Having listened to everyone’s comments and ideas, we decided to change our charity to have just one name and one logo. And on the 1st April 2020, we became Ambient Support.
