We’ve teamed up with Think Local Act Personal to make our public website more accessible for everyone.

We know it can be a challenge for people moving into care and support settings for the first time and for anyone trying to keep up with any new and updating terms introduced across social care. So we hope that this easy encyclopaedia, found at the touch of a button, will dispel some of the myths and bust through any jargon used in care and support settings.

We hope it will be helpful to not only people we support, but also to our staff teams and anyone else just a little bit confused with all complex language and terminology that can exclude people from understanding things easily.
