At The Chestnuts, we believe that everyone is unique and deserves to live a full and meaningful life in their community – regardless of age, health or disability. To learn more about how we provide the person-centred support that every individual needs to do just that, watch this video about The Ambient Way.

The Chestnuts is a community based care home in Aylesbury. It is a Residential Home that is able to provide a home to 64 people.

The home is able to support up to 48 residents with specific dementia care needs.

The Chestnuts provides a friendly, supportive and welcoming home from home environment with regular and varied activities, outings and events organised.

We serve 3 nutritiously balanced meals a day with hot and cold drinks and snacks available to residents at all times. Residents have a choice of dining with others or in their rooms.

The gardens at The Chestnuts are attractive and fully wheelchair accessible for residents and visitors alike.

We are able to provide care and support for people living with dementia including Alzheimer’s. Our staff are trained to levels 2 and 3 in Regulated Quality Framework (QCF) standards in Dementia Care & Awareness.
