Willowmead Court, Extra Care is a purpose built complex of 12 individual apartments, designed to enable people over the age of 60 to retain as much independence, choice and control over their own lives as possible.
The development is is fully wheelchair accessible and there are lifts to both floors. There are also communal areas which are used for a variety of social functions plus private landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy.
The development is next to The Chestnuts Care Home, which means Willowmead Court residents are welcome to use the meals service and take part in the social activities at the home.
Willowmead Court does have Local Authority funded places available. Our services are bespoke to individuals’ needs which means that costs vary. For information on availability of apartments through the local authority, please contact your local Adult Services department and request an assessment with a view to a placement at Willowmead Court.
